minutes later, Jim, the plant manager called to say that they'd

fall, my husband and I took our first trip to Italy where I bought
a beautiful cream colored leather jacket. When I came home I
wore it out to dinner with friends, not wanting my jacket to
leave my side, I put it behind me on my chair. When I arrived
home, my friend told me there was ink on my jacket. Apparently,
a child had been wandering around the restaurant with a ball
point pen. My jacket was his canvas. I was so devastated, the
whole back of my jacket was covered in swirls of ink. I tried
several places to get it cleaned and no one would touch it. I

little leary of the internet, so I called and talked to Neecy.
I want to tell you, that your staff is so friendly and helpful.
I sent my jacket and later talked to Bob, who is now my hero.
He was so wonderful!!! At first he thought he would have to replace
the panels on the jacket, but called me the next morning to let
me know, that he was able to clean and condition and tint the
jacket so that it looks like new. I don't know who was more excited,
me or Bob. He said he had 60 years of experience in this business
and it shows! I can't thank you or Bob enough. You all just made
