Of course the downturn in the economy has affected Arrow to some extent just like it has impacted everyone else. However, Arrow’s loyal and responsive clientele has allowed us to avoid the serious downturns in business volume that has damaged others in our industry.
Rather than laying-off personnel, Arrow is in the fortunate position of being in the market for good persons in certain positions in our plant.
