Just as your household items are unique to you, each job is different. Each smoke or flood-damaged item is evaluated for its potential restoration. Recoverable goods are bagged for transport. If we remove household items and clothing for cleaning, we will make every attempt to restore the item. Our experience gives us a good idea of what can be restored for usability. Our representative will advise you, based on that experience, and you can make your own disposition decision.
