Cathy P. You are FANTASTIC! This makes 3 for 3. I've had a leather jacket repaired & restored; silk bedspread that I thought was ruined with stain, but Arrow somehow managed to get it removed and now a very expensive ski suit that had "oil stains" splattered throughout. I was sick when I saw the stains that my regular cleaner pointed out & refused to clean and thought the suit had to be disposed of. Then I remembered Arrow and thought I had nothing to lose by sending the suit to your Company. After 3 weeks, the suit was returned to me. The stains are gone (except for some tiny areas where you would need a magnifying glass to see them). Again, you have done outstanding work and I have years of wear left in my Bogner Ski Outfit. I really appreciate the courteous, professional service from the staff at Arrow from the person who answers the phone and "Bob" who personally called me to discuss the problem to the people who worked on the suit itself. "They are the only place that takes care of my dead cows, rabbits, minks, and beavers. They have a lot of exclusive services that you can not get at most dry cleaners. They have a French laundry cleaning and pressing for home linens that is amazing. It comes back in a little air sealed bag. They can get out any stain known to the free world on any surface. I have gotten lotion on a light colored suede and fur. They got it out. Not a trace. They got out blood on a white linen dress because I am clumsy and face planted myself once. I also have the idea of always feeding my shirt instead of my mouth. They always get it out. I like the fact that you have the options for them to send you either a electronic reminder or they will call you when your items are ready so that way you don't make unnecessary trips or additional calls to ask if your items are ready yet. Customer service has never been a problem for me at Arrow. They always nice and police. Question #1 - Our goofy Labradoodle jumped up and pulled a hamburger bun off the kitchen counter. Nothing new really other than it was waiting for its' hamburger and had mustard on it. He then proceeded to drag it onto our off-white wall to wall carpeting. My husband didn't know that mustard can be tricky and he wiped it off with a clean damp cloth. (The carpeting has Scotchguard on it but is 10 years old.) When the stain didn't go away he sprayed carpet cleaner on it and now the stain is even larger. Is there anything we can still do to get this stain out of our carpeting? (It is located right in the middle of the room...of course...!) Question #2 It's been a while, but I decided to open my wedding dress to show someone and when I did (It was sealed in a box and the box sealed in plastic.) I found there were stains on it and the condition in general was a great disappointment to me. (It was cleaned/ sealed in Illinois in 1978.) This dress is a simple A-line sleeveless dress with an attached lace cape overlay not a large ball gown. What I would like would be for the stains to be removed if possible and whatever cleaning could be done. I know you can't tell anything without seeing it but I'm not sure even what to say I want done when I bring it in? Would this be cleaned like a prom dress for example and could you estimate for me what that might cost? ( I really do not need for it to be sealed, etc.) Also, is there anything that can be done to freshen the cap/veil? Thank you in advance for really any help/answers you can provide? P.S.: Though we now live some distance from you (Lakes at Oakmont/Platte City, MO.) I still bring my dry cleaning to you. I was referred to you probably about 8+ years ago (Caryn U.) and the drive to get to you, though long, is MORE than worth the trip. I'm sure you hear this all the time but I have never said (other than with my repeat business) that YOU are the BEST cleaners I have EVER used bar none....! (Doubt your delivery driver will ever get this far north but I'll keep hoping...!!!) I am assuming your Troost location is the only one in this area?" The hole was too large for interweaving and the regular weave repair was used. The result was spectacular! The lady who mended the coat left a small white thread at the patch so I could identify the location of the repair. The patch was affordable and the service excellent, as always. I have already told several others about the great service form Arrow."

I am a returning customer and will be again! First of all, I had the most pleasant conversation with a gentleman. If he gave me his name, I don't remember, but he told me his wife's name is Jackie (same as mine) and that they had been married 65 years. After that we talked about what I wanted done with my coat cleaning, and replacing the pockets. The pockets were torn, basically shredded. He told me that probably happened because they were not deep enough and Arrow would make them deeper when replacing them. He then went on to tell me what the cost for repair and the cost for cleaning would be and wanted my approval before starting. I gave my consent. He told me it would probably be about 2 3 weeks before returning to me. The coat arrived Saturday am by FedEx. It looks great. In early February, we were attending my granddaughter's birthday party at a local restaurant on the Plaza. As we were getting ready to leave the restaurant, I noticed that there were multiple/large grease spots all over the back of my Polo leather jacket that were never there before. It was quite a stretch for me financially since I had just graduated from business school. "About a week after I bought it, I was taking the bus to work and sat on a seat that had water on it and the black ran into the white. Naturally, I was devastated. I took the jacket back and told there were no more jackets to replace it, but you offered to clean it. I was extremely skeptical about your ability to clean it properly given the extent of the stain.
