How It Works |
Arrow is at your service twice a week, with our days of operation being Monday/Thursday and Tuesday/Friday. Your specific service day is determined based on your location for optimal convenience. Once we have identified the best schedule for you, we will activate your "On Demand" service setup.

The evening before your scheduled service day, Arrow will reach out with an automated text message or email, inquiring if you have items for us to collect. A simple reply of "Yes". Don't worry, you don't need to reply if you don't want the service.

On Your First DayFor your initial service, kindly place your items in a disposable bag, clearly marked "Arrow" along with your name and phone number inside. Our valet operator will arrive between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to collect your items. During this first visit, you will receive two personalized garment bags, each bearing your name and a unique barcode. These bags are for your convenience, allowing you to have one in use while the other is being processed.

Regular Service VisitsFollowing your setup, Arrow looks forward to serving you twice a week. Should you have items scheduled for return, you will not receive the usual text message the night before, as our visit will be for delivery purposes. However, feel free to leave out another bag for us to collect on your scheduled delivery day, should you have additional items for service.

FREE LOCAL PICK UP & DELIVERY
Arrow offers free pick-up and delivery services in many parts of the Kansas City metropolitan area.
Your route driver will pick up on one day and return your items on the next route day in your area. For example, if your pick-up day is Monday, your delivery & next pickup day will be Thursday.
Of course, some specialty cleaning items or services will take a few days longer.
You do not have to have a regular weekly pick-up day specified. You can simply call us and we will pick up your order on the next regular pick up day in your area.
There is no charge for this service. You will be billed at our regular cleaning/laundry/service prices.
