![]() "Great job on the coats! Well, Susie, you said you wanted to hear from me! I was so impressed! I cannot even tell where the silver fox was added on! The black mink is now my favorite of the two coats and I'm definitely not selling it. For some reason, it doesn't feel as tight, either. I don't know if they put the hooks in a better place, but it sure does make a difference. I realize I forgot about the actual cleaning and shipping charges and that is why the cost was higher than I thought. Also, you weren't sure if they would have to redo the lining or not. Regardless, it was money well spent! I have two mink coats, I love that cost less than $1000 with the initial purchase, repairs, and cleaning. I've attached photos of me wearing the two coats. I think I look much better in the black mink, but I still love the vintage look of the tourmaline mink.
I may be sending more jobs your way as soon as I get some more stuff sold on eBay so I have the money. I've also attached photos of the wedding dress I was telling you about. I could not find any label. I sure think it is one of the prettiest wedding dresses I've ever seen. I love the train and the bodice with the blush pink! Just give me an idea about the cost to have the wedding dress cleaned. I won't get anything for it on ebay, but I'm going to see if there are any bridal shops in town that would like to buy it for a couple hundred bucks if it were clean." My first experience with Arrow was sending them my new shearling coat that I had gotten wet paint on. They were able to remove it, and sent it back looking new. I have several leather jackets and have sent them to be cleaned. One of them had ink on it. Susie, in customer service suggested dyeing it: I had complete confidence in her and it turned out perfectly like a brand new jacket. I recently ordered another leather jacket. It was a little smaller than I like, and asked if it could be stretched to fit like my others. It turned out exactly like I envisioned....I have absolute confidence and respect for Arrow Cleaners. The coat was in a plastic garment bag and inadvertently placed over a burning candle. The candle wax dried on the coat and I thought the coat was irreparably ruined until it was suggested that I take it to ARROW. Less than one week later I picked up the coat and it was PERFECT. Arrow took the extra step of removing and sewing back the unique clasps and the shearing suede coat actually ended up looking better after the cleaning!"

![]() I purchased a fur coat at a thrift shop and had no idea of the type of fur it was or if it was worth having cleaned. I spoke with Suzy and sent it to Arrow for an opinion and a cost estimate on having it cleaned and stored for the summer. I just received the coat and I am thrilled with the way it looks. It is beautiful and Arrow did an amazing job cleaning it. It looks like a brand new coat. I would definitely recommend Arrow Fabricare Services for fur cleaning and storage. The prices are very reasonable and the customer service is phenomenal!
