Writer Andy Jordan of the Wall Street Journal has a good idea. “Defy Conformity! Go for ‘Friday Formal'”.
After decades of dressing casual on Friday, some companies are now encouraging a return to the good old days of “looking sharp” at the workplace at least on Fridays.
So, consider abandoning those jeans and hoodies. Get some dress shirts (…only about $18.00 at Costco) and dust off your suits (or…send them to Arrow…isn’t that a good idea???!!!).
Friday formality may just help you be more serious and focused at your work. And, that can only be good.
