Valet service Pick Up

Whether you need us just once in awhile or every week think of Arrow as your personal Valet. Our automated messaging system will keep you updated on everything from when we will be in your area to the moment your driver delivers your order. Utilize your Client Portal to set preferences, check on the status of your orders and message our team directly with any questions or concerns!

Service Days & Scheduling

Arrow offers convenient service twice a week. Depending on your location, we operate on either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday. Your specific service days will be assigned based on your location to ensure optimal convenience.

To activate your “On Demand” service setup, please ensure all your information, including contact details and credit card information, is entered into our system.

The evening before your scheduled service day, Arrow will send you an automated text message or email asking if you have items for us to collect. Simply reply with “Yes” if you do. No need to reply if you don’t require the service.

If you have items pending for delivery, our driver will make a stop to drop off your order.

For your initial service, please place your items in a disposable bag, clearly marked “Arrow” with your name and phone number inside. Our valet operator will arrive between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. to collect your items. During this first visit, you will receive two personalized garment bags, each with your name and a unique barcode. These bags are for your convenience, allowing you to have one in use while the other is being processed.

If you have special instructions for the driver, please leave a note in the system to avoid any confusion.

Following your setup, Arrow looks forward to serving you twice a week. If you have items scheduled for return, you will not receive the usual text message the night before, as our visit will be for delivery purposes. However, if you have additional items for service, feel free to leave out another bag on your scheduled delivery day for us to collect.

Laundry Pick-Up FAQs

You can absolutely use us only once, every week or only once in a while. Route customers receive text message reminders the evening prior to their pickup. If you’d like us to stop by reply ‘YES’. If you do not need a pickup at this time simply ignore the message. It’s that easy.

Your pick-up and delivery days will depend on the area of the city you live in. Customers will be assigned two service days each week with no commitment and each time we visit we are able to pickup and deliver orders for you. Typical route schedules are Monday/Thursday and Tuesday/Friday. We just ask you to let us know when you would like us to stop in.

Most clothing items are cleaned within our standard 3-day turn around schedule. As you can imagine items with heavy or difficult to remove stains may require extra time. Expect specialty items like Leather, Fur or Bridal Gowns in 2 weeks. Households (Bedding, Draperies and Rugs) in 3 weeks on avg. Rushes can be accommodated on a case by case basis additional fees may apply.

NO! Our fees are the same if you come into our store or if we pick up and deliver to your home.

For residential accounts a credit card on file is required and will be billed on delivery of each order. Commercial or Business accounts please email us at office@arrowfabricare.com to set up service.

We do not charge a fee if the customer forgets to put the bag out. If it becomes a common issue, we will contact you to find a better solution.

Great question! You can put any bag out the first time you drop something off with us. (trash bag, grocery bag, or another laundry bag). If it is reusable, we will return it with your delivery, along with two of our bags for use in the future. Please ensure your name and cell phone number are on the outside of the bag for the first time. The bag you return from us will have your information on a bag tag.

Being the premiere specialty cleaner in the area we can clean pretty much anything in your wardrobe and linen closet. Including basics like shirts, suits, pants, skirts, dresses, shoes and belts to outerwear and even formal wear.
