Customer complains that we don’t charge enough!

This just doesn’t happen everyday! Recently a good customer who lives in the Florida Keys sent in two leather and fur combo garments for repair and restoration.

One required re-lining. It was done and returned. But, through an oversight we forgot to charge for the re-lining.

To our surprise, the customer called in with compliments and to say thanks for the great job. She also told us that she thought that we didn’t charge enough for the work! We checked and sure enough, we discovered our error.
