When Arrow puts “No Expiration” on a Gift Certificate, it means it. As proof, a customer recently redeemed a $100.00 gift certificate that was issued in 1988…24 years ago. Did we claim a “statute of limitations”? Nope. We honored it. You can count on anything that Arrow says or claims. Like our marketing slogan. “Arrow Cares.” We mean it. And you can count on it.
