Whether you need us occasionally or every week, Arrow is your personal valet. Receive automatic updates and manage everything through your Client Portal—from order status to direct messaging with our team.

SERVICE DAYS & SCHEDULING
We offer convenient service twice a week. Depending on your location, your scheduled days will be either Monday/Thursday or Tuesday/Friday.
Your specific service days are assigned based on your area to ensure maximum convenience and efficiency.

1. CREATE YOUR PROFILE IN THE CLIENT PORTAL AND COMPLETE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION.

2. Update Your Profile
Make sure your account includes the correct information so we can build the best route for you: Delivery Address / Phone Number / Email / Credit Card On File (mandatory)/ Special Instructions—like where the driver should leave your orders.

3. Let Us Know
From your Client Portal, send us a message letting us know you'd like to join Arrow's Valet Service.

4. Confirm Enrollment
You’ll receive a confirmation text with all the details about your route. Just reply YES to confirm and activate your enrollment. Once confirmed, you'll begin receiving Arrow Valet Route reminders.

5. Not in Our Coverage Area?
If your address is not within our current coverage area, we’ll let you know. You can still enjoy our services by requesting a free inbound shipping label to send your items to us directly.

The evening before your scheduled service day, you’ll get a reminder asking if you have items for pickup:
– Reply “Yes” if you do.
– No need to reply if you don’t.
If you have items ready for delivery, our driver will stop by to drop off your order.
- Place your items in a disposable bag labeled “Arrow”, and include your name and phone number inside.
- Our valet operator will pick them up between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m.
- You’ll receive two custom Arrow garment bags with your name and a unique barcode for future use.
- Have special instructions? Add them to your profile to avoid any confusion.
Once your setup is complete, we look forward to serving you twice a week.
- If we’re only delivering items, we won’t send a pickup text.
- If you also have items to send, just leave them out with your Arrow garment bag on your delivery day — we’ll pick them up!

Nope! You can use it whenever you like. You’ll get reminder texts the evening before service. Reply ‘YES’ if you need a pickup. Ignore it if not.
Your service days will depend on your location—either Monday/Thursday and Tuesday/Friday. You’ll have two assigned service days each week. Just let us know when you’d like us to stop by.
Most clothing items are cleaned within our standard 3-day turnaround. Items with heavy or difficult stains may take longer. Expect specialty items like leather, fur, or bridal gowns to be ready in about 2 weeks. Household items (bedding, draperies, rugs) typically take 4 weeks. Rush orders can be accommodated on a case-by-case basis, with additional fees if applicable.

No! Our fees are the same whether you visit our store or have us pick up and deliver to your home.
For residential accounts, a credit card on file is required and will be billed upon delivery of each order. For commercial or business accounts, please email us at office@arrowfabricare.com to set up service.
No problem—there’s no fee. If it happens often, we’ll work with you to find a better solution.
Any bag works! Just label it with your name and cell number. We’ll return it with two reusable Arrow-branded bags.
